Vinyasa+
Vinyasa+ blends traditional Vinyasa with techniques drawn from physical therapy, primal movement, martial arts, resistance training and more. Expect constant, flowing movement with an emphasis on controlled, coordinated transitions. All levels welcome. Variations, including the use of props, are explained, offered, and encouraged. 60 minutes.
YINyasa
Balanced, thoughtful, and centering, YINyasa begins with a brief meditation followed by a slower, meditative Vinyasa flow that shifts gradually into restorative postures. Designed to bring about deep renewal and rest while still honoring the need for movement, this class is perfect for beginners or those seeking to compliment active lifestyles. 60 minutes.
Meditation and Pranayama
Offered immediately before our movement practice, this 30 minute offering includes brief meditation as well beginner’s kriyas and pranayama. With a rotating selection of mindfulness and breathwork approaches, this is a wonderful opportunity to explore yoga’s other powerful practices. 30 minutes.

Elementals: These classes are offered in rotation as a constantly running workshop.
Earth - Pelvis, grounding postures, backbends.
Fire - Posterior core, Inner heat, long holds.
Air - Anterior Core, Spine, twists, balances.
